An invitation to the founding group of clinical specialists and nurses

We're inviting a small group of founding specialists and veterinary nurses to help develop advanced veterinary care and build clinical standards in Asia, starting with India.

As part of VIPER, you are at the centre of the team defining the standard of care — with the authority and autonomy to do it right, as the infrastructure is built around you.

  • Co-founder seat with governance rights and equity
  • Central group defining standards of care for the region
  • Build services, not just deliver them
  • Full decision-making authority over your specialty vertical
  • Point of care — solving real problems in real time
  • Relocation support, visa, housing, flexible engagement
What you'll do

Four pillars.
All at the front line.

Your role is structured around four core areas — all at the point of care, all with real authority to build and decide.

01 · Point of Care Delivery

Building the service

Layout, equipment, infrastructure, service structure, workflow, protocols, and standards of care. You design the service from first principles — for your specialty, in your region.

02 · Patient Care

Managing cases

Managing and advising on clinical cases on-site and remotely. Case rounds. You're the specialist in the room — the person the team turns to when it matters.

03 · Training

Mentorship at the bedside

On-site mentorship, cageside and vetside discussions, live virtual discussions on active patients. Teaching in the moment, not from a podium.

04 · Operations

Advising on operations

Consumables, drugs, equipment, and inventory. Team building and minimum delivery standards. You shape what goes into the hospital and how it runs.

These are not core Tier 1 responsibilities:

  • Lesson plan or curriculum development
  • Didactic or structured instruction
  • Board review or journal club rounds
  • Formal certification assessments
Clear scope

You're at the point of care.
Not in the classroom.

This role is about real-time problem solving in a dynamic, rapidly evolving clinical environment. Structured academic programme and formal curriculum work is handled by Tier 2 — your job is to be present, responsive, and decisive at the bedside.

What we promise you

Engagement on your terms.
Authority to match.

Business & logistic support

Full infrastructure support for building operations — so your energy goes into clinical leadership, not admin.

Relocation assistance

Visa sponsorship, housing, travel logistics — fully supported. We make the move as smooth as possible.

Schedule flexibility

You manage your own calendar. Engage in the way that fits your life and practice.

Engagement on your terms

We work around how you want to engage — on-site, remote, hybrid. We adapt to what works for you.

Decision-making authority

Build services and operations without friction. No approval chains. You set the direction for your specialty.

Aligned with your goals

Alignment with your vision for patient care standards — a shared mission built around clinical excellence.

The specialties

Seven founding disciplines.
All defining from zero.

Founding specialist groups across seven core disciplines. Each is a co-founder seat with full ownership of that specialty's clinical standards, service design, and operations.

Orthopedic Surgery

Fracture repair, joint surgery, spinal procedures — building orthopedic services and surgical standards from scratch.

Neurology

Neurological diagnostics, seizure management, spinal and brain case workup — defining neuro standards for the region.

Anaesthesia

Anaesthetic protocols, pain management, perioperative care — building a safe, standards-driven anaesthesia service.

Cardiology

Echocardiography, cardiac diagnostics, medical management — establishing cardiology infrastructure and clinical pathways.

Soft Tissue Surgery

Oncological, GI, and reconstructive surgery — shaping surgical protocols and building the soft tissue surgical service.

Internal Medicine

Complex diagnostics, multi-system disease, chronic case management — defining the internal medicine service standard.

Emergency & Critical Care

Triage systems, ICU design, critical case management — building ECC infrastructure where none currently exists.

Who you are

Clinical depth
meets builder instinct

Whether you're a specialist vet or a veterinary nurse — you have real clinical depth, you know what good looks like, and you think in systems. You're energised by building something new rather than inheriting something broken.

Specialist vets

  • Board certified or equivalent specialist qualification
  • 5+ years post-certification clinical practice
  • Active caseload with a strong diagnostic track record
  • Experience mentoring or advising junior clinicians

Veterinary nurses

  • Registered veterinary nurse with advanced clinical experience
  • Experience across perioperative, critical care, or specialist nursing
  • Comfortable leading a nursing team and setting clinical standards
  • Interested in building a service, not just working within one
